Quitting? i think NOT

I can not find it in me to quit TetrisFriends. i just can not. A few weeks ago I had an assignment for my health class. we had to pick something that we wanted to quit, and what did i choose? tetris. I think i might have cheated on that assignment because i had to chart out how many hours i had spent on tetrisfriends on a daily basis. the last 2 weeks or so of the assignment my chart said "0 hours".... welll... the truth is i wasnt on TF because my fan was making an annoying, that lasted about a week and when i got too fed up with it i got it looked at. The guy at the store had to keep my laptop for about a week and a half..... and it was horrible. the first week i just didnt care but toward the end... my fingers needed the exercise!!! 


I cant quit. not really. its not in me to quit. I quit quitting. :)


Currently when im in class bored out of my mind, i cant help but see Tspins!

Over 1000 Views!

Over 1,000 views in 10 months! YAY!!! i dont know about you but im pretty happy about that. 

And if you haven't noticed, i haven't OFFICIALLY quit yet. but upon seeing that i reached 1000 views, maybe ill stick to it and keep writing about the joys (and horrors) of playing Tetris. Have i mentioned why, i wanted to quit yet? I'm not sure but really its because of the assholes on there... Here's an example:

See? when shit like that happens.. it just pisses me off. and it has happened MANY times. but must of the time i dont have the satisfaction of KOing them to make them leave. sometimes i may be KOd several times... UGH. annoying.  

 

tips on how to quit TetrisFriends

Tip one:
Remove shortcuts/buttons on your browser that allow you to access tf faster. Having to type up Tetrisfriends.com or looking it up might seem like a real hassle to those lazy ones (like me)

Tip two:
Delete all your friends. Since its more fun to play with friends, if you dont have any, whats the point?

Tip three:
If you're on a laptop, go as far away from your router, where am i going with this? Lag. Lag is such a fun sucker. 

Tip Four: 
Go on less and less. eventually youll stop (maybe)

Tip Five:
If all fails, invest in a PS3 and the Modern Warfare series

Warning: these tips were not tested and proven to be true. Delete all your friends on your on damn risk.

Been frustrated lately, it seems i can only win 2 games in one room at a time when i stay for about 20 or so games. its getting so annoying. im out of my groove! :O plus i havent posted anything in a while. AND i cant win the god damn arena challenge! everytime i go on TF and the lotto comes up im hoping i get some rubies but NOOOO... TF is being cheap :(

Is it just me, or is TF down right now? :'(

Tetris Heaven!

So its tetris, and sometimes these massive blocks would come that completes several lines for you automatically.

Here's what it looks like as an example, since my explanation sucked. But the blocks are kinda slow moving at first. only played for about 30 seconds just to see how its like.. plus i am so tired im about to pass out right now. have fun playing!

How i got started playing TetrisFriends.

Well when i was a kid i just liked tetris in general, but once when i was at a friend's house, she showed me spogg (mentioned Spogg in a previous post) where you can play tetris against people. well i was playing against her my friend, and they said "WOW you suck!"
I never forgot that moment, and i thought if i played enough tetris maybe i could beat her (or at least not suck). so then i looked tetris up and tada! i found TetrisFriends! :D well that was about two years ago and look at me now! PLATINUM BABY! if i would play my friend again, i could so take her. 
MUAHAHAHHA! 

So, anyone care to share on how they got into TF?

BEST SHIRT EVER

I was at my local Hot Topic yesterday, just browsing when I found this shirt and I had to jump on it. It was $22 and when i dug in my pocket i only had $23 not enough for tax, so... i had to put it on hold (there were two other ones but hey, who knows how many other tetris lovers could have walked in and grabbed it??). And today I ran back to the store and got it. woot woot woot! I cant wait to wear it. :)

Hello From Seattle

Hello TFers, Syn here, blogging from Seattle on my spring break, right now its 1:10AM i have reached a computer but did i really expect to have someone on TF right now? Well i was hoping, but since this computer lags and i am not used to this laptop's keyboard i dont think ill be playing for this week. yes yes ill be MIA.

Delimiters. What are they? they are symbols that TF ignores when put inside a "naughty" word.

Supposedly when you have one of these symbols between characters, TF wouldn't recognizes a bad word. But, unfortunately, it does.

Listen to fast passed music when you play.. it makes me faster. personally, i love listening to avenged sevenfold when i play... well actually i love to listen to them at anytime but especially when playing tetris. :D

Today I was in a room, it was quiet, no one was chatting so i said, "no on is chatting!" then left.
I come back after a few minutes, and i see that someone has writen after i left, "glad he left, he talked too much"

What is this and people playing tetris friends on facebook?

I've tried it, its lame, first of all, no arena.. duh. and second of all you cant even customize your pieces with DAS and all those good things... so your pieces more SO much slower meaning more MDs.


I dont like it. i prefer actually going on the site and playing there.

Well... with this one guy i go to school will i am now referred to as Tetris Girl. Why? because i like tetris. why else? because he doesnt know my name. i mean we've been in three classes. i dont know whats sadder the fact he still doesnt know my name or the fact that i am called Tetris Girl...

Longest Arena Game ive ever played

wow, my fingers are still aching from a long game of tetris. i was doing the arena challenge with a Rank 20. i lost the first round after i stacked too high. And then i noticed how the second round dragged on. Well, i failed again, but it was all good. The game lasted for 7:13min with 152 lines. well, im proud of myself lol
